Welcome to Phytology
Phytology are proud to introduce you to our range of 100% Organic full spectrum CBD products made from naturally grown, naturally fertilized plants. Focusing on “Full Spectrum Cannabis” we process our plants to include the maximum amount of cannabinoids and terpenes (essential plant oils) in all of our products.
We only use natural ingredients, along with our ‘Gold Grade’ CBD extract produced from outdoor-grown plants.
Our traditional extraction processing retains precious enzymes, proteins, pigments, amino acids and lipids, ensuring the perfect “entourage effect” (all elements of the cannabis plant working together). We also create very high levels of terpenes, the keystone to delivering all of the positive beneficial effects that CBD has to offer.
Phytology’s care and attention to detail reaches past growing. Our processing facility maintains strict cleanliness standards, equipment sterilization and pathogen control. We test rigorously to ensure potent, clean, healthy and holistic supplements.

Glossary
Cannabinoids
These are compounds that exist in the plant. There are many, but most only appear as trace amounts. Cannabidiol (CBD) is one which has a high presence in the plant, but many have beneficial effects. Our process ensures these beneficial ones are not lost.
Full Spectrum
Our products are made from cannabis, not hemp (which is traditionally a more industrial plant, made for making rope and textiles). Our oils contain the full spectrum of cannabinoids from our plants, along with terpenes and fatty lipids.
Cannabis vs. hemp
Although the word cannabis can evoke all kinds of unsavoury images, it is by far the best plant from which to obtain CBD oil. Industrial hemp often requires far more processing to obtain similar levels of cannabinoids, allowing a greater risk of unwanted contaminants. Phytology use only naturally grown and fertilised cannabis plants. There is absolutely no danger of getting high on CBD oil!
Terpenes
Terpenes are organic compounds found in plants, which provide the core of essential oils. These are what flavour the plants and provide their distinctiveness.
Fractionated coconut oil
Coconut oil is good, but fractionated coconut oil is better for our purposes. Long-chain fatty acids are removed leaving medium-chain ones. The smaller particles allow it to penetrate more easily and deeply into our body tissues. This allows for greater and more efficient absorption of the oil.
Entourage Effect
This is why a synthetic version of CBD has not been made. The beneficial effects of CBD oil come when the active ingredients work together in combination. Phytology CBD is processed in such a way that these active ingredients are not lost, while any psychoactive elements are neutralised.
